Ropes Course Training

Join CAARA and Apex Adventure Alliance at an all-day workshop giving you all the skills necessary to be proficient in the ropes sections of any adventure race

This ropes course is designed to teach you the skills needed to successfully and nimbly complete this portion of the race. Apex will teach you multiple skills such as:

bulletClimbing
bulletBelaying
bulletFixed line traversing
bulletZip line maneuvering
bulletSkills associated with using various friction hitches and knots
